Hiring across borders is a privacy problem

Global sourcing now means navigating GDPR (EU/UK), NDPA (Nigeria), CCPA (California), and a growing list of regional regimes. Treating compliance as an afterthought is the single fastest way to lose enterprise clients.

Three principles we operate by

  • Data minimisation. Collect only what is needed for the role. Resumes are not biometric IDs.
  • Purpose limitation. Candidate data is used only for the role applied for, unless explicit consent is given.
  • Right to be forgotten. Candidates can request full deletion at any point and we honour it within 30 days.

Cross-border transfers

For every cross-border placement, we put Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in place between the candidate, the client, and DeepTalent. Our infrastructure is hosted in regions that align with the candidate's jurisdiction by default.
