What you will do
- Build and maintain three-statement financial models and rolling forecasts
- Prepare monthly board packs, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses
- Own budgeting and long-range planning cycles end-to-end
- Partner with business unit leaders to drive commercial decisions
- Design and automate reporting processes in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
What we look for
- 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
- Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP
- Strong written communication — board-ready output expected
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent (mid/senior preferred)
