About this role

What you will do
- Lead user research: interviews, surveys, usability testing, and synthesis
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes
- Maintain and extend a design system used by multiple product teams
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
- Define and track UX metrics (task completion, error rate, NPS)
What we look for
- 3+ years in UX/UI or product design
- Strong Figma skills and portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience contributing to or building a design system (preferred)
